When gates of the property opened - we felt like it is a quiet oasis in an urban area. We were welcomed by Silye, who made us feel like we are old friends. Both Silye and Sebastian are the most gracious hosts we have ever met! When we entered the room, we were blown away - it was spacious, bright and well decorated. Huge bathroom with soft towels and bathrobes. We felt like we stayed in a five star hotel! We also loved the breakfasts. They were delicious! Silye went out of her way to make sure that my dietary needs are accommodated. Travel to the center of Bordeaux was easy - 2 minute walk from the tram station, which brings you to the heart of the city in 10 minutes.

The hotel is located at walking distance from the city centre (15-20 min). The room is cozy and the bed is very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is delicious and is served from early morning, which is a real plus for early risers. The staff is extremely efficient and so welcoming making us feel at home. We definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back one day

Owner very helpful and friendly and had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Bed extremely comfortable. Supermarket, bar, tram stop very close by. As 2 female travellers we felt safe and welcomed.

This is a fine accommodation and one I will be using more often. I enjoyed the facilities and the helpfulness of the staff. While the location is not ideal in terms of proximity to the city centre, their proud boast is that public transport is close by. In fact it was just outside the door and thus really handy. To get to the hotel board the bus at the main railway station (but not from one of the bays but on the street. They are fairly frequent). Top tip ! (When at the end of your stay) To get to the airport, take the bus away from the centre and board the tram at Galin. From there you can stay on the tram all the way to the airport. Great price for more than acceptable accommodation. Lifts, shower, fridge, hob, microwave, large bed - great value for money.
