It was an excellent stay! Upon arrival the owner was super kind, welcoming and gave a lot of useful information. The accommodation is in a luxury and private residence with well maintained beautiful trees and plants. It gives a feeling of safety and instant holiday vibe. Once entering the apartment, we were welcomed by a pleasent spa like scent, emphasizing the luxurious feeling. Everything is newly renovated and very clean, including sufficiant amenities, netflix, and an interior that is very tastefully decorated. There is a nice nespresso machine with a few cups included. We were very happy with the pull down bed; the matras was very comfortable. (Sheets smelled lovely too) The roller shutter was great for our sleep! Nice touch were the shampoo and conditioner that were available in the shower and we didn’t have to buy for a short stay. The water pressure was good as well. We spent most of our time on the terrace/balcony, that had a nice view, comfy chairs and the space was large enough to relax and to eat. Needless to say the location was amazing; right in front of the apartment there was a boulevard and beach which we loved - a lot nicer than the beach in front of the rail tracks. We had rented a car, but right in front of the apartment there is a bus stop as well. We will for sure book this apartment again when going to Cannes!

The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and has stunning views! Close to restaurants and supermarkets, the Midi beach is a couple of minutes on foot. Great wi-fi connection and two air-conditioners. The amenity has access to a lovely swimming pool. We really appreciated the parking garage as well!
Gérard and Fernanda were very kind and helpful, always there if some help is needed. We would definitely come back!
Located next to the Cannes-Mandelieu Airport, this Hotel des Victoires is just 1.3 km from the beach. It offers free private car parking and soundproofed accommodation.

The property was perfect and allowed my family and I enough space and made us feel like we were at our home while being tourists in Cannes. Location allowed us to go to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Perfect.
