I recently had the pleasure of staying at the excelsior chamonix Hotel and spa, and I can confidently say that it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was struck by the hotel's elegance and attention to detail. The staff was friendly, Antonio was so courteous, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. My room was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby each night of my stay. The bathroom was luxurious, with high-end toiletries and fluffy towels. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's spa. The services were simply outstanding, with a wide variety of options that catered to all needs. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was relaxed and sophisticated. The hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The pool was a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. The spa was also top-notch, offering a range of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Finally, the location of the hotel was ideal. It was centrally located, making it easy to explore the city and visit all of the major attractions. At the same time, it was tucked away from the main street, ensuring that it was peaceful and quiet. Overall, I cannot recommend the excelsior chamonix Hotel and spa highly enough. From the exceptional service to the luxurious accommodations and amenities, it truly exceeded all of my expectations. I cannot wait to return and experience it all again.

Great staff, location, clean rooms, fantastic breakfast

The staff were very kind and helpful and allowed me to leave my bags here as I climbed mountains for the weekend. Great coffee and friendly staff that made it a pleasure to come back for my daily coffee even after I stopped staying there.

Everything. Staff very accommodating, room perfect and spotless clean, sauna / steam room space was beautiful, no loud noises at night, coffee and tea in the room, 100% would recommend.

Everything was amazing- the hotel property, THE STAFF, the breakfast, there is not a single thing that wasnt good. The staff is really helpful, i asked them a lot of queations and requested things from them and they not only helped me with everything but also did it with a smile. This hotel is an oasis in this area.

We liked everything about this hotel the staff are very nice beautiful views amazing rooms were didn't have dinner here but the breakfast was outstanding. Rooms are so clean and big.

Great location, amazing Spa and facilities!

We were treated so well by the staff - u believable We requested upgrade and boom !!! It was given Beautiful suite with two balconies and Mont balance icy view unbeatable! No matter what we requested was granted. They booked our tickets and helped us to make a nice trip to Annecy .. Hotel car , Porche no less was always available for pick up and drop in the city… wouldn’t stay anywhere else
