The owner was lovely and we had contact details for any issues, of which we had none. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The location was amazing, very central to everything we needed including transport and shops. If I were in Lyon again I would try to stay here. Lyon is a very lovely city.

The room was very big, well equiped kitchen, the beds were comfortable, a lot of space for the personal items. The room is pretty well soundproofed, the nearby area very quiet and not dangerous at all. The personal was also nice.

The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. I arrived a few hours early and was allowed to check in early as room is available. All day access to the club area with snacks and drink is definitely a great addition. Breakfast was very nice and the location is also great.
