The staff were wonderful; helpful and friendly and spoke English which was great for monolingual me! Had everything you need including able to make coffee and bottles of water. Next door to Gare St Charles and only twenty minutes walk to Vieux Port. Has character…not sterile like some hotels

Front desk staff are very nice and always helpful. The location is perfect if you are coming/going by train, right across the street. The #91 shuttle bus to the airport is at the train station as well. The area feels a little sketchy at night but we’ve stayed there several times and I've never run into any problems. Accommodation is nice, bed is comfortable, nice to have a kitchen if you want to prepare breakfast or lunch. There are several little cafes and small restaurants within walking distance. Grocery store and bakery are 5 minutes. 20 min to the port.
