Very friendly and helpful owners at the hotel. Small but comfortable room. We appreciated the bottles of water and sweets in our room every day. The courtyard was very pretty with all the plants and flowers and a lovely place to have breakfast. The breakfast buffet choice was good and we really enjoyed it.

Wonderful apartment! The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk to the Promenade des Anglais beach and close to the airport. Along the seafront there are plenty of restaurants where you can enjoy delicious food. The hosts have thought of every detail — the apartment has everything you need. Clean, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very welcoming and always available. I will definitely come back again!

Wonderful place, very comfortable and extremely clean apartment with everything necessary for a long stay with the whole family. The apartment is very near to tram and bus lines, only 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the historic hearth of the city. The area is quiet and safe. There is a small garden behind the villa so you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee on a sunny balcony with garden view and lemon fragrance. The main bedroom and living room are very spacious, the second room is smaler but with comfortable double bed. There are many storage spaces in the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary stuff. Supermarket, small shops and restaurants are just cross the street. Olga is very helpful host and we enjoy perfect vacation! Thank you, Olga! Strongly recommend and hope we will be back soon!

Our host sent us the details to gain access to the apartment 24 hours before arrival, the instructions were clear as well as the video which was helpful and he was available at all times to answer any questions on Whatsapp. The apartment was clean spacious and comfortable, with a comfy double bed, a spacious separate lounge with sofa bed, the kitchen was well equipped, we were given tea coffee and sugar and bottled waters. There was a bathroom with a powerful shower and a separate toilet. Wifi was good. The apartment was in a quiet complex next to the airport end of the promenade. The tram stop was just outside to the apartment and easy to use 1.70 Euros for one trip, you just buy a card to travel at any stop, remember to validate your card when you first use the tram! It is quite a long walk to the centre and old town/harbour but the tram was easy and takes about 15 mins and they are very regular, you just need to get on the no 2 or 3 which runs from the airport to the harbour (by the old town) with stops along the way which includes the centre (Jean Medecin) which is close to the main train station and lots of shops and restaurants . If you like walking the promenade is lovely and so is the beach and watching the planes come in, we did it one day with stop offs for coffee, very pleasant. There is a supermarket about a 5 min walk on the promenade side of the apartment (airport direction) complex and it sells everything you would need

Great option for staying in Nice. Great location, very near to the bus or tram station, there are supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. The view is exceptional, large balcony that we were sitting and chilling every morning. You can see the beautiful sunrise from there as well.

It’s very clean and cute apartments! Where you will find absolutely ALL that you might need- all the kitchen accessories and all the kinds of dishes and glasses and cups! Comfortable bed and divan, air condition in every room. All design is very cozy and cute! Also there are wash machine and dishwasher! Also vacuum cleaner! So you don’t need absolutely anything else!!!

The good things about the property were: Very good communication with staff, very good location close to metro station and beach, clean, check in and check out were very smooth.
