We had a lovely stay at this sweet and clean hotel, it was located just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The location is great, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. There are also several bus stops close to the hotel, and it takes about 15 minutes by bus or 30 minutes on foot to reach the Old Town. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Special thanks to Lucrezia and Yazid for their warm hospitality! For parking, the hotel directed us to a partner garage about 5 minutes away. It costs €19 per day, and you need to pick up an access card from the hotel before entering the parking. Very convenient and straightforward. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Nice.

This was a super charming 10/10 stay! The location is perfect, super close to the beach and old town/city center. The appartment is super clean, spacious and lovely. Everything looks even better than in the photos! There is enough towels, slippers, water in the fridge, a dishwasher with pods, and cleaning supplies. The owner Tamara is super nice and has even left us a suprise gift for our anniversary. She deserves every 10 she got!

We stayed in Nice for two nights with a friend. I was completely satisfied with everything. The host was always available for us before and during our trip, and whenever we had any questions, he replied in a very helpful manner. The accommodation was fully equipped and had everything we needed. I would especially highlight the fact that there were plenty of coffee capsules, so the host didn’t economize on that either. The mattresses were very comfortable and cozy, and I was also completely satisfied with the cleanliness – which, to be honest, rarely happens! The location is also excellent: the beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment is not right in the city center, but you can reach the very heart of it in about 10 minutes on foot. I was a little worried about the security deposit, because unfortunately people are often distrustful when it comes to these things, and I was afraid some made-up reason might be used to deduct money. But to our great delight, there was absolutely no problem. Within 5 minutes of our check-out, the full deposit was already back in my account. I can truly recommend this place with peace of mind to anyone. If I return to Nice, I will definitely stay here again.
