I rate this apartment very highly. It is very clean, well-equipped, and cozy. It’s almost new, and some of the appliances haven’t even been used yet. The apartment is bright because it has many windows. Even though it’s not very big, it doesn’t feel small thanks to the great layout and smart use of space. The kitchen has everything you need: a coffee machine with capsules, a toaster, and even a juicer. The apartment is close to the port, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Old Town. Public transport is also very good. The host, Mr. Gillian, was extremely kind. He helped us with everything we needed and always responded quickly. I can definitely recommend this apartment — it’s perfect for a couple, even for a longer stay.

Our flight was delayed and the owner was so understanding and waited for us until midnight.Has given us lots of hints re what places to visit, good restaurants to go.The house has everything you need. It is very clean.The location is near center, near public transportation, restaurants and shops. Fully recommend this place.

This apartment absolutely blew us away. The contactless check-in worked perfectly - no fuss, no waiting about. What really struck me was how the photos don’t do it justice. Everything looked exactly as advertised, which is increasingly rare these days. The place is spotless. Charles clearly puts his heart into maintaining it. You can tell straight away he transformed the space into something rather special. We all slept like logs - the beds were comfortable and it was wonderfully quiet. Not a single complaint. Would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat. Worth every penny for the quality and location (I had a car)

Very convenient location for visiting Nice - nice neighbourhood, close to the port, the city centre and the tram to the airport. The apartment is new and perfectly well-furnished (fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules provided, washing machine, etc.) - really could hardly ask for more. There is a nice large balcony. The parking spot was a bit tight, but it's great that the option was provided. The host even provided a baby bed and chair (both seemed brand new). Overall a great place to stay in Nice, especially for a group/family. I would stay there again.

Fantastic value for money, great amenities and central location. We were in Nice for the Ironman and this was the perfect place to stay. Additionally the air conditioning was a big plus. The host is a gentleman and his neighbour Gladys was very helpful during our stay.
