Everything was superb! Staff very friendly and happy! Everything is brand new and extremly clean, rooms modern and very comfortable! Breakfast very tasty, planty of different optitions to choose! Great location and price with metro just 5 minute walk from the hotel.

I stayed here with my kids, and it was great! The apartment was fantastic and had everything we needed for a trip with family and kids: a full kitchen for cooking, a coffee machine, and a washing machine and dryer. There were lots of restaurants close by to choose from--even a great noodle place just downstairs. Sightseeing was easy, since there were 3 metro stops (Olympiades, Maison Blanche and Tolbiac) within 5 minutes’ walk.

A hidden diamond in 13th - in a private but shared yard. We were only two persons - more than comfortable (could be tough for 4 adults - a family with small kids could fit). Only a few minutes to the Metro, the property is spacious & is well-equipped, and that city view is amazing! Great location for those who love Asian food.
I didn’t mind that there’s no TV or fan… I brought a mini fan to beat the heat but it can be breezy on such a high floor. One of my favourite stays in Paris!
