Everything was superb! Staff very friendly and happy! Everything is brand new and extremly clean, rooms modern and very comfortable! Breakfast very tasty, planty of different optitions to choose! Great location and price with metro just 5 minute walk from the hotel.

This is a spacious apartment on two floors with all the amenities one can ask for. It is very near to the metro station and there's also a bus stop in front of it which takes you directly to the centre of Paris. A supermarket is just one street away.
The host Arnaud met us on our arrival to give us the key and showed us around.

Great apartment
I stayed here with my kids, and it was great! The apartment was fantastic and had everything we needed for a trip with family and kids: a full kitchen for cooking, a coffee machine, and a washing machine and dryer. There were lots of restaurants close by to choose from--even a great noodle place just downstairs. Sightseeing was easy, since there were 3 metro stops (Olympiades, Maison Blanche and Tolbiac) within 5 minutes’ walk.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped—perfect for a couple with a baby. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the overall environment was peaceful and cozy.

A hidden diamond in 13th - in a private but shared yard. We were only two persons - more than comfortable (could be tough for 4 adults - a family with small kids could fit).
