I loved everything - the quiet mornings, the TV, the comfy bed, the breakfast area with an outdoor feel!
I wanted to spend more time in the room or the breakfast area at the ground floor with complimentary coffee during the whole stay but I didnt (because I went to walk around the beautiful Paris!)
The 16th arr is a beautiful area - quiet and very local area!
design of the lobby, rooms and breakfast area was very Parisian chic!
Next time, I can bring my laptop and use it at the quiet and beautiful semi-outdoor breakfast area.

Loved the location! We walked to the Eiffel Tower which took about 20 mins but looking at everything and soaking up the atmosphere made it feel less. Even though there 7 of us there was plenty of room . Downstairs a double bed and single and a spacious bathroom . Upstairs double bed and a very large sofa bed. Bathroom upstairs and kitchen and dining table with all the amenities.
Host was very accommodating let us leave our luggage as we arrived at midday and checking wasn’t till 4pm. Which was very generous as we were only in Paris for the day so we managed to get in plenty of sightseeing.
There’s a little market type shop at the top of the street which has everything and a lovely pub/restaurant and for a morning coffee and croissant there are plenty of places heading down the street. Even though it’s located on the “main” road we didn’t hear any noise . Beds were very comfortable!!
In the 15th arr. District of Paris, close to Eiffel Tower, Apparemment Tour Eiffel- La Motte Picquet Grenelle features free WiFi and a washing machine.

The location is amazing, 15-20 minutes to the Eiffel Tower on foot.
The accommodation was perfect for us (2 adults + 2 children). You can also cook, wash, and iron there; two separate rooms.
There is a well-loaded Carefour shop just around the corner :-D
Btw, there is luggage drop service (Radical) about a 5-minute walk too. (I recommend Avenue Emil Zola with the friendly personnel; the closest one, Metro Dupleix, was closed during our arrival despite our valid booking and payment ahead!)

This apartment has got to be the best kept secret in Paris! Location is great - only about 20 walk to Eiffel Tower and a Metro just outside as well. Lots of bars and cafes in the area and supermarket is close. The apartment has all you need for a pleasant stay.
Our hosts were delightful and even assisted with transport arrangements to and from the property.
BUT THE VIEW IS AMAZINGLY AMAZING!
