Excellent little boutique hotel in the 16th, staff is professional and helpful (especially James), the rooms look like they do in the photos. Would definitely stay again! Breakfast was also very good.

- felt like a boujee home away from home
- location was incredible, just a couple minutes from arc de triumph. metro wasn’t too far for travelling everywhere else
- spotless very clean
- surprised to find they had a cleaning service included which i didn’t expect for an apartment (came home to the apartment cleaned hoovered mopped beds made)
- very beautiful and modern
- tv, speakers, they had balconies and little gardens
- lockers were provided as we arrived earlier than our check in time
- we went in december and heating was very good we were toasty very warm
- highlight was the shower. very powerful and warm
- seperate toilet and shower
- it had ironing board, washing machine, kitchen had everything you could think of, drying rack, hairdryer,
- beds were very large and comfortable. sofa bed was large and comfy. ( could fit 3 people easily on the beds, ladies could squeeze 4!!)
- no keys, just codes and even better they had an app you can lock and unlock

Every detail of our stay at the Saint James was perfect - the staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was absolutely beautiful and so quiet, the grounds and facilities are beautiful and the restaurants each had a lovely and different feel to them. I would highly recommend the Saint James and will return again!
