Very warm welcome from the owner. It's noticeable everywhere how well run and thought-out this place is. There's a small kitchenette on the landing with a microwave and tea & coffee for guests' use (there's also a kettle in the room), and I was offered bottled water, sweets, etc on my arrival. At this price point it's rare to find rooms so well-kept and immaculately clean. The room I had was spacious for a single - it even had a desk area which was very useful - and for a guesthouse it was surprisingly quiet.

Lovely apartment in a central location, gorgeous renovation, very clean, kitchen facilities were superb for both the basics and full meals, great to have a table to sit at also. The place is beautiful and so spacious. The interior design is just awesome. Apartment was clean and well equipped. It is right in the city centre so everything is close by. Owners are easy to reach and do reply quickly to any requirements I had . Would recommend this place to anyone . I loved it ! Thank you x

Gorgeous impressive hotel, loved the wee snug bar very scottish and cool. Excellent food and friendly staff. Large rooms and good for parking. Central hotel would stay again.
