The room was great, breakfast lovely exept the coffee was to thin. Location quiet to our liking, the walk was a litl steep in the eavning but good exersise. Near everything we wanted to take part in. Great location.

The location was really convenient at a short walking distance from the center. There was a parking space which is super rare in Bath. The house is newly refurbished with a high end finish. The beds were very comfortable. Our 5 children loved it as much as we did. It's the perfect alternative to a hotel for a group or a family group, especially if you don't want to compromise on the quality.
