Paul from Alison court was my favourite, second time staying. Building was equipped with a washer combo dryer. There’s a sofa overlooking the front street. Bright and airy.
Parking is very convenient.

I loved everything about the property. There was a bus stop right outside the door of the hotel which was very convenient and practical. The hotel was clean, well maintained and very peaceful. The staff I encountered were extremely welcoming, helpful and kind. There was an issue with the room I booked and it was resolved immediately and in a professional manner. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Set above Avon Gorge, this hotel overlooks Brunel's famous suspension bridge. It has a large terrace for al fresco dining with excellent views.

My daughter was travelling with her 1 year old baby, and the hotel had provided not just a cot as requested but also a change mat and a baby bath. Staff were very helpful and the rooms were beautiful. My daughter and husband really enjoyed their breakfast and the staff were very kind and accommodating to Raphael - the baby.

Had a very comfortable and nice stay. The apartments were very well appointed and clean and had all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The location is great too - quiet upscale locality, and yet restaurants and stores are very easy to access. The staff, though remote, was very responsive and helpful.
Overall, it is a very good find for us.
