If I could score once 11/10 on Booking, this would be for this one. Very confortable flat with high quality, modern and complete equipment. Very easy checkin and check out. Access was easy with public transport from Gatwick airport and the centre of London. We really enjoyed staying there.

Loved the Harry Potter-themed decor. The fact that the apt has two floors makes it even more spacious, especially if you are staying with someone else. It has everything you need, including hair dryer and kitchen utensils

Our stay at the Clapham Guest House was excellent! The rooms were clean, well designed, and surprisingly peaceful given their central position. The self-check-in process went smoothly, and the staff were nice and helpful. Sightseeing was made easy by the bus stops right outside, which provided convenient access to Central London. The comfy bed, modern bathroom, and convenient facilities made for an ideal stay. Highly recommended to everyone visiting London!

The property was very functional and claen. We liked the design of kitchen and lounge/dining room on the ground floor plus the three bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Everything worked well and we appreciated the teabags and other handy items left in the kitchen. Location near busy Clapham Junction station was convenient.

Everything I needed it to be. Host was lovely, went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable. I often was asleep by around 6-8pm each night as I had big days and got up extra early and the house was always quiet.

The position is great, underground station, cafes, restaurants, and buses are 2 minutes walking. I liked the house, and the hosts were very kind with offering explanations on how to enter, use the wifi, etc. I stayed only 1 night but I really appreciated the room, essential but cozy.
