From check in to check out, every moment of our stay was wonderful. The staff were amazing, they really went above and beyond to give a fantastic service and they were especially nice to my little dog, with custom baked treats for her at the room and even a treat for her at the bar! The location was excellent. Right in the heart of it all, yet quiet and cozy. We’ve been to London many times but this was our favorite trip of all, mostly due to our accommodations. We were 3 couples celebrating a big birthday. There was plenty of room for privacy and time together.

Perfect location, with amazing food and shopping right outside the door. Comfortable- well-stocked- immaculately clean. Lovely decor. Highly walkable area. You’ll be in the center of the best part of London, and the tube station is steps away, with a direct line to Heathrow. Rio is remarkable. He is so helpful, responsive, and welcoming. I left something important behind and he shipped it to me, staying in frequent contact during the process. Thank you, Rio! We will stay again!
