We absolutely loved this hotel. The interior is amazing, breakfast delicious, views of Hyde Park gorgeous, but most brilliant of all are the people who work there. They are so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return!

Most probably the best hotel experience I have had so far in 20 years.
Amazing hotel, perfect location next to Hyde Park, beautiful rooms, very very good breakfast.
But the best thing about it: the people. Everyone was extremely helpful and the level of the service was the highest possible class. People in reception, doormen, people at the breakfast and of course - bar tenders = everyone was excellent. We were very impressed. And they even take care of small details that remain in clients memory: after checking they brought us hand made cookies and even if we did check-out 06:00 in the morning they organised us tasty take away coffee in 5 minutes. Amazing experience and we will stay there again DEFINITELY.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—close to everything you need—yet peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety and delicious options. A special thank you to Mr. Palmer, who was especially helpful and made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this place!
