The hotel is beautiful, situated in an ideal position to visit central London’s main attractions. Cleanliness and courtesy are hallmarks of the hotel. Breakfast was marvellous, plenty of options and the breakfast staff was extremely attentive even to food allergies. A special thank you goes to Rika who took care of us on our arrival and to Flavia who took care of us in the spa! Thumbs up to all! The atmosphere found in the room before bedtime was very very appreciated!

We loved everything about the place. I was travelling with my daughter and knew she would love it for the aesthetics, so she was very charmed the moment she entered the boutique hotel. You could tell a lot of effort and personal touch went into the design of the place. The bathroom is spacious and well laid out. Loved the green mirror in the hallway. The staff were also very kind, attentive and warm. We left our luggage there overnight after we checked out while we travelled out of London and they were ok to store it at no charge. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was very good as well. Unfortunately we didnt get to try their Italian restaurant, Dear Jackie, but we did go to Flutes, their rooftop bar. The ambience was spectacular. Really love everything about our stay there. At check out, the receptionist went through our bill and there was a optional service charge which was much derserved and I was more than happy to pay for.

It’s our 5th time in London and the 2nd time at this hotel. This time our son joined us for a soccer game. The hotel is perfectly located, highly designed, very nice and large rooms, but on top of all is the service. The team is very attentive, high level of hospitality, very professional concierge team, and can’t finish this review without mentioning the exceptional service from Ayman, who was one of the breakfast staff. From the very first day, he welcomed us with a warm smile, and we were shocked he remembered us from our last visit (2 years ago!). In the following days, he remembered our preferences, anticipating our needs before we even asked. His personal touch, kindness, and professionalism made every breakfast a real pleasure. Ayman truly adds to the welcoming atmosphere and high standards of the hotel. Thank you, Ayman – you made a difference!

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming House in London, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The location couldn’t be better—just a 5-minute walk to the iconic Harrods! If you are a shopaholic or love the luxury vibe of Knightsbridge, this place is perfect. But it’s not just the shopping that makes the area great. The neighbourhood is brimming with amazing restaurants, cozy cafes, and lively pubs, all within walking distance. Whether you want a quick coffee in the morning, a nice lunch, or a fancy dinner, you will have endless options just around the corner. As a bonus, the famous Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park was only a 5-minute stroll away! It was such a treat to be able to visit this holiday attraction with ease. Ice skating, festive markets, carnival rides—everything was right on our doorstep, making the stay extra special during the winter season. The apartment itself was clean, cosy, and well-equipped, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be returning!
