I really did enjoy my stay in this lovely hotel, I have spent five nights in this hotel, and would definitely come back when next in London. Breakfast is great and with a wide range of choices, I hadn’t got tired of it even on my fifth day. Staffs are very friendly and engaging. Hotel is well refurnished and with decent decor, my room is equipped with everything I need, very comfortable and cozy. Transport is convenient, a bus stop is just opposite the hotel, and takes me to major attractions in central London, 2 tubes stations are both within a short walking distance from the hotel.

The best in this hotel is people who work there. We arrived quite late , and the only room available was in a basement. Seeing my disappointment for the first moment, Aron, who worked at front desk, politely and nicely had done everything to satisfy our requirements and relocate us to the room, which we wanted. The room in basement was very good anyway. We also were upgraded with the breakfast. Which was just excellent in this hotel: it is really high quality English breakfast, with great presentation and very tasty. Location of the hotel is equally good - close to Victoria station, 2 theatres, places to visit and shops.
