perfect location just opposite Aldgate Underground Station, quite convenient to travel to central London. Only a few minutes away from the Tower of London. A very good breakfast and a nice cosy atmosphere at the bar. Comfy room and a spacious bathroom. The staff very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was excellent! The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful even when we had an issue with the initial card payment which we overcame thanks to their help. We remember particularly Navi (the spelling may be wrong) in the front desk and also the morning Concierge, particularly client oriented. In the breakfast room all the staff were excellent but Danisha and María were outstanding.

I really enjoyed the East London location vs the location downtown. It wasn't as busy, we loved the view of the train and all the awesome artwork in the neighborhood.

Early check in was accommodated and that was a big relief. Breakfast was very good. Location is excellent. 5 mns from tower bridge and Tower of London. Hotel has a bar and restaurant which is pretty good. Room has pretty much everything which you look for. On the whole, it was an amazing stay
