My daughter and I absolutely loved our stay at the Windermere Hotel. Breakfast was delicious and so convenient, the staff at tee hotel, especially the restaurant were wonderful. The location and the room were perfect for us. We came from the US for a Taylor Swift concert and had an extraordinary time in London.

The location is great for exploring the London’s highlights! It’s calm residential area with a nearby park, close to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Buckingham palace. We liked the nice designed clean rooms equipped with a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, complimentary bottles of water, a kettle for tea and coffee, a hairdryer, an iron and enough space for the luggage. The breakfast was delicious and served in an elegant atmosphere. The personnel was friendly and helpful especially team from the reception desk who have arranged us a dinner at their own Indian restaurant which I highly recommend and also for finding and keeping a medical device that I left accidentally. We will book this hotel again on our next visit to London!
