Excellent location and close to theatres, easy walk or tram to shops and very helpful and friendly staff. As I had booked 2 nights separately the staff made every effort to make sure I had the same room for the 2 nights, and even upgraded the room to make this happen.

Everything was fine. We were lucky to have a free upgrade from a one bedroom apartment to two bedrooms apartment. The kitchen is well equipped. It's (very) close to the train station and there are a bunch of restaurants as you exit the hotel. You also have the option of leaving your luggage in a locker at the 5th floor for a very small fee.

The team were really helpful, friendly and supportive after I was taken ill. Nothing was too much trouble. The place was really comfortable, and had laundry facilities in the 1 bed apartment.

Very comfortable big apartments, nicely furnished and very clean. Perfect also for a longer stay. The location was a great starting pont as it was in the heart of the city. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment but due to maintenance issues were upgraded to 2 one-bedroom apartments next to each other. The staff apologised for the inconvenience, but for us it felt like an upgrade. We would definitely go back there next time.
