Joe is a wonderful host; he knows everything about the city and helped us arrange taxis and figure out great places to eat. The room is comfortable and the house has everything you need while on vacation. Joe is easy-going and helpful without being overbearing or nosy. We had as much privacy as we wanted, felt comfortable, secure and welcome.

Just had the BEST stay at Ennios Boutique Hotel in Southampton 🤩 Joe and the team were absolute stars – even upgraded us so we could check in before 9am after a rough disembarkation 🙌
The details here blew me away… heated towel rails that actually work, the softest towels, breakfast served on gorgeous plates & cups, and coffee that was honestly next level ☕️👌 Even the toilet paper was fancy 😂
Location is perfect – right in the Old Town, steps from the Duke of Wellington pub 🍻 and close to the Mayflower Theatre 🎭. Couldn’t recommend Ennios enough – thanks again Joe for making it extra special!

Our group had a really enjoyable stay at this house. The host was really helpful and responsive, making sure everything was in place for our arrival. The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. We had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to ample seating areas. It was easy for everyone to relax and enjoy the space without feeling crowded. The beds were extremely comfortable too, plenty of space to accomodate larger groups or families. Overall, it was a great house for a group getaway, offering a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended for anyone hosting a larger group.
