The name matches with the hotel. It was initially a bit tricky to find but once you got there, it was magical. The interior was just exquisite and even the scent that welcomes you in the hallway, compliments the historic architecture perfectly. The staff was also excellent and friendly. Breakfast was tasty. The location is a tiny bit further from the main old town area but for us it was definitely worth it.

We stayed at their 2BR penthouse. It was huge with good outdoor spaces. The beds were comfortable. A small kitchen was there with basic amenities. The coffee vending machine was a bonus. It's one of the places with a covered secure car park.... essential as the other option is paid street parking. There is a 24 hr front desk with pleasant staff.The location is one street off the main commercial Street....easy to walk to various eateries.

A very nice hotel, not far from the city centre. The staff were really nice and friendly. We stayed there during the first week of December 2025, and the lady at the reception was kind and very helpful. We could easily communicate in English, and she made sure everything was perfect. The cleaning staff were also very nice and did their best — I saw them cleaning every corner carefully. The breakfast was great! The ladies in the kitchen were very sweet and prepared different dishes each morning. We really enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. The rooftop has a beautiful view, and there is also a free gym and an exclusive sauna for guests who wish to use them. The hotel’s location is excellent and makes it easy and affordable to visit sightseeing places by taxi. We stayed with our family and had two rooms, both spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were also very comfy. Based on our experience and all the details we noticed, I can’t give them less than 5 stars — they truly deserve it. Thank you, Team ZP Palace!

Firstly, thanks a lot to Regraph Hotel and to its staff. We love the amazing warm welcome, wonderful smiles, and excellent service of the receptionist/owner, Anna and Archili. Which will make feel a home away from home. The chef cook as well made a great breakfast with a smile on her face. I like the complete recipes from main dish to dessert (rice, bread, milk, coffee, eggs, sausages, salad, fruits, juices, yogurt, jam, and others). The hotel location is at the heart of the city. Quiet place and relaxing with the residential neighborhood to which made us really feel at home. Moreover, the cleanliness is great from the reception area, dining area, and to the rooms, bedrooms, and toilets with the daily cleaning service. Overall, our stay with my family for 5 days was absolutely excellent. The Regraph Hotel is totally commendable, relaxing, well-maintained cleanliness, and with all amazing staffs.
