I have travelled to different countries, where I have visited good and very good hotels. This one set a new standard for me, the facilities are excellent, but above all, the staff is the gem of this place. They were always taking care of the details and making me feel supported.

Nothing was attractive or likeable about this property. It bore no resemblance to the website photos. After failing to collect me from the airport, as promised, their “service” went from bad to appalling.

The location along Oxford Street is an excellent one. It places ones stay at the heart of the city. I do like the way the hotel is very accessible and affordable in addition to being clean and very secure.
