Where do I start? The house is insanely gorgeous, very accessible, right to the Metro station, a 3 min walk The neighborhood has amazing restaurants nearby, some nice bars and clubs, walking distance to tons of places The house is very modern, super well equipped, everything was top notch! I will definitely be back :)

Everything was perfect! The hotel is close to the metro station, very clean, the rooms are spacious and modern. As I was in November, it was quiet at night. Although the surroundings of the hotel are not great, I will definitely come back again! Although the hotel does not offer breakfast, there are several great places to have breakfast nearby!

By far the best place to stay in Athens! We traveled to Not Hotel on holiday, and were overwhelmed by the excellent facilities, perfect service and exceptional staff! The hotel is brand new, and fully equipped. All the rooms look out over a beautiful landscaped courtyard, planted with herbs and vines. There is a large swimming pool to offer respite from the hot afternoon sun. Our room was much larger than expected, with stunning contemporary finishes and well curated interior design. The breakfasts were incredible - our favorite was the Greek Breakfast Platter - highly recommended! The hotel is perfectly located, only a few minutes walk from the Ancient Agora, Plaka and other historical sites.

A perfect pad for our short stay in Athens. The host was a pure gentleman. We were delayed with ferry and he waited for us to check in. The apt is only a 2-3 min stroll to the metro… so handy. The apt was extremely clean and the decor was lovely. Bathroom new and very clean5 stars.

Gabriel was there to meet me even though it was after 1am due to a delayed flight. He kept in touch through WhatsApp all the time. He also arranged a delayed checkout time. The apartment is in an excellent location with restaurants and cafe's on the doorstep and the metro at the end of the road goes directly to the airport, Pireaus and Syntagnsa Square.. The balcony is a good size for sitting out. Although on the second floor there's a lift outside the door. The apartment is alarmed for extra security although I found the area very safe

This place is great, in my opinion the reason is because of the people who work here. I am grateful to all of them, it is very cozy in any season, I have stayed here in summer and winter. As a gift you get a location 2-5 minutes from the subway, around there are cafes, bars, stores, many of which work until late at night. And once again I want to say that the staff here is like a miracle.
