The hotel's staff, particularly Sofia Despoina and Ioana, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Every morning, Sofia would ensure to have my ‘to go’ coffee was ready and served promptly, a small but essential touch that made a big difference. Despoina and Ioana my front Desk Heroes, incredibly helpful always available to answer questions, provide recommendations, and assist with any requests.
