The person in charge, Gregory, went above and beyond to ease the check-in. He was present, responsive and very helpful with every request we had. He accommodated additional service such as holding our luggage for some period, calling taxi, helping with instruction about city.

The hotel looks very nice, it is new (it was open for a month or so), the room was very spacious and the bed is very confortable ( I slept like a baby). The staff is very friendly and helpfull.
The location is ok - about 10/15 mins by foot to the city center.
