This is a new, modern design hotel. The guest room is based on white and has a very glamorous atmosphere. The bedside lighting is excellent. The location is also good: it is just 5 minutes by walk from central Heraklion. All staff are friendly. Everything nice!

The stay was absolutely amazing with Pleiades Urban Stay. The room as exceptional: clean, stylish with everything you could need or want. The staff was very helpful and nice, always asking how they could make our stay more comfortable. The location is prime as well! I would definitely recommend staying here and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Modern, equiped with everything you need. Right in the Center with plenty of food options around. There are some restaurants a street away that closes 2am at reasonable price. Double glaze windows and can’t hear a thing from street once they are closed. Broken clothesline BUT the washing machine is actually also a dryer which worked out well for us. They helped arrange a taxi from airport for a fixed price 18 euro, taxi driver waited at arrival with our name and a Mercedes Benz (seems to be common here as a taxi)
