Staff is very polite and helpfull, nice conversations, meanwhile they’re not too much. Not after you in every secound, they know when they’re needed.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful, clean and perfectly located. Every room was different but equally nice! They also have a good restaurant/bar downstairs, where we had pre-drinks before going out for dinner.
I would definitely recommend staying here, I will definitely go back!

Immaculately clean apartment in a truly prime location — right on the pedestrian street, surrounded by countless restaurants and bars, and just a two-minute walk from the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion.
The host's communication was warm, clear, and highly informative. Entry was simple and straightforward. Despite being located on a lively pedestrian street, the apartment itself was perfectly quiet, offering a peaceful atmosphere.
Aside from the fantastic location, what we appreciated most was the apartment’s thoughtfully designed online guest platform. The host compiled everything a traveller might need: personally recommended restaurants (we tried a few — they were excellent!), bars, shops, pharmacies — all clickable and mapped, along with detailed information about check-in and check-out procedures.
A truly brilliant idea — thank you! We're often overwhelmed when arriving in a new city and struggle to find genuinely good places to eat (Tripadvisor suggestions have let us down in the past), so this made our choices incredibly easy and stress-free.

Location: Really nice location, in the city Center directly next to bus stop but still within quiet area
A lot of cafe places around for all the taste. Especially awesome Taverna Kotonostimié home atmosphere and very budget friendly local home cooked food. Also as a single traveller enjoyed opportunity to go directly to bars nearby, feeling secure to reach back ‚home‘. Also - 10 mins walk to the seaside (for those who run 🏃♀️ and like enjoying sunrises & sunsets 🌅)
Super convenient city hotel to make day trips to beach sides. Bus stop 🚏 from which you could directly go to Amoudara Beach side. Also easily reachable to airport and to Central Bus station (from which you could take buses to Hania and Aglia Paralia 🏖️)

Nice modern design (picture attached 😉). All amenities are present in the kitchen if you feel like cooking. Ah thanks for very comfy pillows and matrass! I felt super comfy - alike in my house

The customer service was excellent, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was fantastic. They worked to fix quickly address any issue or problem we faced. I highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. In other hotels in Crete, the showers are often extremely small, you have to press a special button and wait to use the hot water, and you can't throw toilet paper in the toilet. That wasn't the case here. Everything was comfortable and easy.
