Very beautuful place, built in different levels. Comfortable rooms, ,excellent cleaning, food is fantastic - varies every day and very special. Heated pools make a difference and are very pleasant. The staff is very helpful.

Villa Melivia is extremely close to the bustling streets of Kutulufari village, yet located on a side street that allows the place to be quiet and allow for relaxation. The villa has four bedrooms out of which 2 have a bunk bed and a single bed, thus allowing perfect capacity for two families, even with three kids each. Each pair of two rooms is located on separate floors with a bathroom each. Kitchen perfectly equipped, including a Nespresso machine. BBQ facilities are present (you can cook a full lamb if you want to :)). Two terraces allow for split afternoon/morning stays avoiding the sun. A place to go to! Allows for parking of two cars - we had to SUVs and they fitted nicely.

We stayed for 12 nights at Dreams and had an amazing holiday. We stayed in one of the renovated rooms in the first block and can’t wait to return. The rooms are basic as mentioned in previous reviews (no toaster/hairdryer/iron) but we were prepared for that and it absolutely didn’t affect our holiday. There was always warm water for showers, the rooms were clean and spacious, towels and bedding changed every 3 days. There aren’t any wardrobes or drawers in the rooms but hangers for your clothes so it wasn’t a problem. The location is perfect and the staff at these apartments are so lovely! We arrived late after a delay at 3am and nothing was too much trouble - Pannos behind the bar checked us in quickly and was great the whole stay. We never had to get to the pool early for a sunbed - there were always plenty and the pools lovely and clean. The pizzas are worth a try at the pool bar! We always feel it’s the small things that always make a difference and after getting engaged - receiving flowers, a card and bottle of sparkling wine was the perfect touch. The owner Stelios is always up for a chat and always asks if there’s anything you need. We will definitely be returning guests :)

The service in the hotel is brilliant. It was my second time returning to the hotel and all the staff remembered me. Perfect location for all the bars, restaurants and shops. Already planning my third stay for this year :)
