Check-in was seamless and the staff (in particular Athena, the manager) is wonderful and super friendly. Walk in shower and high ceilings and fresh, fluffy towels available.
I also love that even though I did a single occupancy booking, I was provided with 2 bath and 2 hand towels as well as a generous amount of ammenities. Located right at the entrance of the old town and central to everything.

The owner was lovely and made sure we had what we needed, very friendly, as was the lady who cleans the apartments. They couldn't do enough for you and made sure we were okay for everything.The courtyard is beautiful and cosy for a late nightcap or morning coffee and there is also the additional shared rooftop terrace with great views. It's right in the heart of the old town and the apartments are beautifully decorated. Not that we watched a lot of TV, but it was also a bonus to be able to access Netflix in English too.

Absolutely ADORED the Mansio!! Personalized reach out from staff on WhatsApp prior to checking in. Friendly welcome, even after check in hours. Loved the scents chosen, even as we walked into the place and especially the quality of the scents and products in the bathroom! (I’m literally trying to source them so I can enjoy at home!!). Our kids adored the breakfast buffet and the location, walking out to the central square was just so special!!!

Fantastic setup of the general pool area. Room with private pool has really cool mixture of old stone walls and wooden stairs with modern open setup. Private tiny pool is a nice touch.

Exceptional stay at Rethymno was due to very attentive staff and the manager who created a special atmosphere of being always taken care of. The suites are located in the centre of the town, which makes the sightseeing easy. The balcony overlooks the central street, which makes the stay very interesting as you may observe the local life. I would also like to mention cleanliness and the smell of freshness in the room, and the bed was very comfortable.
