Everything was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very pleasant, comfortable and clean, I took a harbor view room and the view was worth the extra price. The bed was very comfortable too. The breakfast was great, it offered a lot of variation and it was more than enough - in fact, I ate around 9:30 and wasn't hungry until 15:00 which was very handy for visiting the city at a speed pace, as i had to catch a train that afternoon. Also the hotel stored my luggage after check-out, until i did a bit of visiting and i returned to pick it up before my train, all free of charge. The location is great too: about 10-20min walk to the star ferry, and the subway station is just around the corner, so very easy to get around.

Room was incredible, even without a harbour view the view of the Kowloon skyline was very special. The pool and spa areas were spectacular. Without doubt the best hotel i have ever stayed at.

We moved to this hotel on the 26th december for 2 nights after 3 nights at St Regis and experiencing some very unpleasant matters. The hotel is great, service was excellent, there were plenty of dining options offered inside the hotel, a very well-equipped gym with a beautiful harbor view. We dined at the chinese restaurant (The Legacy House), food was excellent and service was great too from the hostess who welcomed us and brought us to our seats to the staff who took great care of us from the start till the end of our meal.

Firstly, the room is not as small as we expected.Instead, it’s able enough to travel with another person living in a twin room. Then, we extremely loved the service, the hotel provides two bottles of water every day freely, and the room was equipped with refrigerator. The rooms and aisles were in very good condition and we were very comfortable. Lastly, the location of the hotel was wonderful. The hotel is close to Tsim Sha Tsui. Walking to the Victoria Port just took me 10 min. It is also very close to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station. It is located in the most developed area of Hong Kong
