Everything , from the reception specially Olga who was very supportive from the first to the last minute , she came with to the room touring us in the hotel and bringing the taxi to us and accompanying us to the taxi, the food varieties in the breakfast and dinner were excellent , the location and the view were amazing , the room service and cleanliness were excellent , Qibla direction and Halal food were available

The view from the sea view balcony room was stunning. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel amenities, even in off season, were all open. The walk along the promenade at sunset is a must and the bus stop is close by to easily get to Old Town

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Beautifully decorated spacious rooms and spotlessly clean. We had a room on the top floor with wonderful sea views. Loved the heat reflective glass on the balcony and patio windows too, which meant it didn’t get too hot while sat out or in the room. Breakfast was very good and the staff very attentive. The pool area was beautiful and the sunbeds plentiful. In a fabulous peaceful position with some nice restaurants close by . We will definitely return

Rooms 45 and Room 47 were great. They had balconies, were clean, unscented, changed bedding/towels every 3 days, good shower, staff (Inez), location (40 min walk to old Town), safe, breakfast (order from menu, excellent cappuccinos). Room 47 had a beautiful view of the sea.

The staff were the highlight of our trip. Ivan at the front desk, "Lucky" in the restaurant and Slobodan at breakfast made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The hotel has beautiful views of the Adriatic sea, and every night was a stunning sunset right outside our window. There are multiple pools, a spa with sauna and steamroom, lots of spaces to relax, as well as a scuba diving center on the bottom floor. You can swim in the ocean right outside.

Young lady Paola at the reception of Sheraton was so helpful with our request for early check-inn, taking into consideration also finding best solution (since they have villas around that do have perfect sea view, but you would need to climb some stairs) and that would not be the case with my elderly mother. Me, my wife and my mother enjoyed very much staying at Maistras Srebreno Premium Apartments. Just perfect!
