I don’t often write reviews, but this one deserves to get out there! This was a fantastic stay. The location is perfect (very central) and the room was squeaky clean, spacious and beautifully designed. My room had a window nook where I could sit, drink tea and relax while soaking up the vibe from the cafés in the street below. With the windows open, I could enjoy the vibe of the city. Once I closed the windows it was dead silence for a good night’s sleep. The bed was super comfy. The host, Irena, was amazing. Her communication was quick and clear. She had a handful of recommendations for breakfast/brunch and where to experience the best local cuisine. As a tourist (that loves to soak up the local culture, food and wine) these recommendations were golden. The recommended cafés and restaurants were non-touristy, but still centrally located, well priced, delicious food and perfectly located for watching locals go about their day. This, for me, were very valuable moments. Irena also recommended places where I could buy locally made jewelry (without breaking the bank) and guided me to the best way to get an Uber for my airport transfer. I would say that for the (already reasonable) price that you pay for the room, you actually get so much more. I cannot recommend this place more.

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy and clean apartment! The location was perfect, just a quick 10-15 minute walk to all the main activities in Zagreb. What really made the experience special was the thoughtful touches from Katarina. The coffee and cookies waiting for us in the morning were a lovely surprise. The bathroom was fully equipped with everything we needed, including shampoo, creams, and even makeup removers. The extra little details like new toothbrushes and ibuprufen in case of any discomfort really stood out. It’s clear that the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home and thought about every detail. Highly recommend! Thank you, Ogi & Lana
