Mooz is my only choice for Canguu. Well established by very long term bali residents and long-term permanent staff, their focus is authenticity, quality, nature, simplicity and beauty and bringing us the real spirit of Bali. I love learning about Balinese and Indonesian culture from the villa managers. They have a dedicated following of repeat guests and word of mouth referral. All my friends and family stay here when they come. There are only 4 solid wood villas here in a large landscaped Balinese garden with active rice-paddy and full sized pool so it's never crowded. Each villa has a generous porch where you can watch the birds fly between the mango trees and dip in the pool. I love the tiled outdoor bathrooms with small private gardens. There is a large reception area for relaxation, yoga, meditation and eating. Mooz help me via Whatsapp with everything including transport, excursion drivers, scooter hire and tips about the island. There are 1-2-1 yoga and meditation classes depending on availability, and healthy breakfast. The location is perfect, close to several famous gyms but quietly located next to a rice field, you dont hear traffic or construction. Important in Canguu! Benoit, Anna, Natha, Ketut and all Mooz staff thank you so much for making Bali a second home for me.

Everything. It’s paradise in earth, no joke ! best place I’ve stayed to in Bali, and probably in many other countries too. The hotel has an unmatched charm, the place has a soul. Everything was perfect : room very spacious and comfortable, the atmosphere of the hotel, the surroundings, the facilities…and most of all the staff ++++. They do everything they can to make your stay the best possible, always eager to help, smiling, everyone knows you by your name…it feels a bit like family (special mention for Pina and Mira). The restaurant also really worth it : fresh food for a very affordable price for Canggu, with traditional dishes and original arak cocktails. I liked it so much that I went back to the restaurant on my last evening in Bali just to enjoy the place one last time. The location is a bit outside Canggu so really peaceful, but only 10min on bike from downtown and the beach (really easy to get with grab). I can only but recommend the place, I will come back for sure !

Very beautiful and the host was always very responsive via whats app! You can also rent motorcycles and they deliver it at the villa.

I was staying here because I was following language classes nearby, for me that was walking distance. The famous streets of Canggu is not far from but it is best to have a scooter to get around there. Which the staff is more than happy to help with. Jineng Guest house is surrounded by lovely restaurants and cafes and the staff itself provides a folder of recommended things to do. The place itself is very lovely, it’s spacious and comfortable and it gets cleaned everyday. I felt really comfortable staying at the guesthouse.

The location is a little away from the center of canggu, the room was so beautiful, with everything we love, it’s eco friendly, such as limited refill water and plastic free toiletries, we can tell they really put their heart into this oasis. The room was spacious, all cleaned and tidy, open air bathroom really wow us. All the details of decorations, surrounded in the nature, sometimes we even off the air conditioning, open all windows to hear the wind and birds with sunlight and moonlight. We have also joined most of the free yoga classes and all the yoga teachers were so good and we are very grateful to be joined all these wonderful classes. Breakfast was also in the package, and the cafe meals were all delicious, all staffs are super friendly and helpful. We also booked an outdoor massage and enjoy the quiet swimming pool. there are some nice restaurants around with walking distance, just love everything there and I will come back for sure again.
