The staffs are 10/10! From the reception, concierge, doormen, everyone has been really helpful, welcoming, and friendly.
The room is big and I love the fact that its not at the highest floor. On the 22th it is just the perfect height..
Breakfast variation is OK, though comparing with other 5-star hotels in Jakarta deffo not the best one, but it is varied and tasty enough. Chicken porridge and chicken bao are so far my fave ❤️
Also their dried pepaya pieces ❤️
There are also some local Indonesian cuisine corners serving ginger drinks and Javanese angkringan, I find this gesture also nice.
Around 19.00 there was a staff came asking if we need some extra waters or kits. 10/10.
Would recommend this hotel to everyone, value for money ❤️

My family and I had an amazing stay at this serviced apartment! The place was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was a great bonus —fresh, delicious, and with a great variety every morning. Getting around was so easy with Gojek and Grab—malls, shops, and restaurants were all just a short ride away. Highly recommend!

The staff’s attention to detail, care and service was beyond my expectations. I felt always taken care of and under their guidance if I required anything. I was with them on whatsApp and always had any query responded to right away. Exceptional. I’m also super picky about Air conditioning especially in humid climates where the room can feel stuffy, and the hotel here had excellent air conditioning. Additionally, the location is superb with a mall connected to it so everything was super convenient. Special thanks to Fara, Thalia and the team for being so hospitable

The room is very clean, comfortable and the hotel is located near 3 shopping malls which made it easy to access our needs. The parking area is quite large and convenient for cars and motorcycle. The staff is very friendly and helpful through the process of check in and check out. Also tried the coffee at the lobby and it was super, they provide many coffees and matcha, i recommend you to try kopi si bob and dirty matcha.
