Very comfortable rooms. Really clean and excellent value for money. The location was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay here. Hade was extremely helpful and set up our trip to Ijen. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Whoever designed this place should get an award! Seamlessly blending into the forest, every aspect of it is well thought of. Rooms are spotless and functional. View is amazing. They offered us complimentary snacks and drinks. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I wish we could stay more.

Marc and Ericka could not have been more welcoming, they were fabulous. They replied promptly to questions and helped arrange everything with our Ijen trip, including health certificates. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was really tasty and great quality. Outdoor environment is beautiful. Beds were super comfy and lovely finishes to the rooms. It is all honestly comparable to a hotel-except with the added bonus of amazing hosts!

Nio homestay is a great place to stay if you want something authentic and away from the crowd. You stay in a village, everyone is happy to see you and nice with you. The little shop in front of the homestay is great and they are nice. The room is clean, comfy, quiet and there is also a gas cooker if you want to cook something/boil water (shower is cold for info) The host are lovely and you feel good talking with them. They provided us a driver to go to Ijen and it was perfect !

Owner of this place is the most helpful and nice person we’ve met during our stay in Indonesia! Bungalow is very nice, with big terrace with amazing jungle view. Good breakfast. Bed is also very comfortable. Highly recommend.

There are no words that could describe our two unforgettable stays at Ijen Kingdom Guesthouse and the village named Glondok. Dora and his family became like friends and a second home to us. Dora has shown us Jawa like we would never have dreamed of. We became a part of his village and immerse ourselves in the fascinating world of the locals and their lives. We laughed and talked so much together and had tears in our eyes when we had to say goodbye. Every morning we had a delicious breakfast and were asked for our favorite drink. Even if we didn't get up in the morning, his wife made us breakfast later. The bedroom has a really cozy bed and a quiet fan. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. There are plenty of little shops in the village where you can get everything you need. And if you need something that isn't there, Dora will take care of getting it for you. Anyone who wants to visit Ijen, Bromo or Jawa should contact Dora. He will make your stay to something very special, because he not only has a great homestay but also organizes the right tour for everyone. We will definitely come back a 3rd time and are already looking forward to seeing Dora, his family, Budi and the whole village again.
