The Laguna is truly our home away from home. We came back to it this year and it was just like coming back home. The staff were amazing as always, the food incredible the whole area is a paradise with a stunning beach. We went to the recently open Banyubiru for dinner everyday and it was always a delight. We will come back again!

The staff is really welcoming and friendly with exceptional service 24×7. The moment you enter you feel like at home with the hospitality and service. The level of privacy that they provide is exceptional in all terms. We stayed there for 3 whole nights but only people we saw were on the 3rd day even though the resort was fully booked. They provided us with a microwave at request even though they didn't have it mentioned in their amenities. They do provide pick up and drop services in nearby region and to the airport which is included in the price of the villas which is great added benefit. Also their flexible breakfast for the whole day really let's you do everything as per your own schedule. The Italian restaurant Piasan has exceptional food.

The breakfast buffet was beyond my expectations, many options and cuisines to choose from. There are several pools available which prevents it from being over crowded. Beach was clean. Room was very spacious, comfortable and the bathroom is huge and has good quality toiletries.
