Super clean and lovely staff that were happy to accommodate our needs. Gorgeous deep baths in all rooms. Owners Paul and Tia were so helpful. The location was fine for us - easy walk to the things we wanted to do. We had no issues with mosquitoes and just because two of us are highly sensitive, they got in some portable nets to be sure. Not a single bite! Perfect. Pool was lovely and kept clean. Roomy fridge with a store just over the road for topping up drinks etc. We had a christmas lunch brought in and staff were helpful in ensuring our deliveries found us.

Exceeded all expectations. Staying here was the most wonderful surprise of my entire trip. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Seminyak. Just a 2-minute walk out of the alley, and you're on the busiest main street. There are so many restaurants and shops. Any beach club or famous nightclub you might want to visit is also very close by – it's just so handy. Yet, because the house is nestled in the alley, there's absolutely no street noise at all. The whole family, from the elders to the children and every relative, is extremely warm and friendly. On my second day, there was a Balinese Hindu ceremony, and the host invited me to join if I had time. He even said he'd find a sarong for me to wear. Unfortunately, I had to work. But the hostess still warmly invited me to the kitchen to have lunch with them. When I gave my laundry to the hostess, she sent it to the laundromat for me. It was so thoughtful! It felt just like staying at my own home. The internet is excellent – I had no issues with online work or video meetings at all. The bathroom, wardrobe, air conditioning, and refrigerator all worked perfectly without any problems. The room isn't very large, but it's completely sufficient for a solo traveler. Before I left, the host insisted on waiting with me for my taxi and seeing me off. When I finish my trip to the other islands and return to Bali, I will definitely stay at their place again!!

The villa looks exactly like the photos clean, stylish, and very well maintained. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and daily cleaning is available if you prefer. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, always with a smile on their face. Dean, the owner, is extremely helpful and approachable. Whether it’s arranging scooters, sharing local tips, or answering questions, he’s always available and genuinely cares about making your stay comfortable. He gave us a very warm welcome, which made us feel right at home. The location is also great plenty of shops, restaurants, and the beach all within walking distance. Overall, a fantastic stay and definitely recommended!

Stayed for 8 nights. Wonderful, quite accomodation just off the busy street. Many shops, restaurants nearby. 20 minutes walk to the beach. Staff was very welcoming, always smiling and ready to help with any request. We contacted villas before the arrival and they arranged airport pickup for us which was very helpful. Villas located in beatiful surroundings with well kept gardens and walking paths. Breakfast a little bit basic but had everything that was needed. Freshly cooked omlette - delicious. Villa itself was spacious enough for 4 adults. Private pool was good addition. Villa was kept clean, housekeeping came every day. We enjoyed spacious bathroom with an outdoor rain shower on the first floor and the balcony on the second. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Hot water in the shower was available every day, any time of the day. Drinking water also was provided in the villa. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend the accomodation to everybody!
