Everything. Excellent staff and customer service. Nothing was too small of an issue for them to assist with. Has a kids club too, the rooms are a generous size even with an extra 2 beds in the king room for our kids with the view overlooking the pool. Rooms have a separate shower, bath and toilet with 2 basins in the rooms. Housekeeping is done twice daily. Pool has two sections a shallow sandy beach for kids with a deeper section of the pool for everyone to use. Couldn’t fault it, would 100% recommend. Excellent for families. Close to the strip of shops and there is a free shuttle bus 3 times a day that goes to Seminyak square. WiFi is also very strong in the rooms.

Really amazing villa. Its just like in the pictures. Pool is the perfect size, the villa is also very spacious and clean. The staff is incredibly kind and the breakfast is really good. Definitely staying here the next time we are in Bali.

Attentive and helpful staff, went out of their way to wish my friend a happy birthday with a special cake and song when we arrived. Our rooms were so quiet even though the private pool and courtyard area were open air. Loved having the private pool, room service and on site spa. Highly recommend.

One of the best hotels in the whole Bali. The village is so nice with all kind of details: gym, private swimming pool/jacuzzi, bath, shower, toilet inside the room. The bed is so so comfy and the room is huge with fan, fridge, air conditioner, insect screen and many more things. It is extremely well equipped. Truly 5 starts villa. Staff is so friendly and attentive. They serve you the breaksfast from 7am to 10am. There are a nice variety of food and it tastes delicious.
