Fantastic place. The rooms and bathroom aren’t the newest (though I prefer to say they have character :D), but everything was very clean. The room had a kettle, clean towels, and a comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with a fairly wide selection of local dishes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A huge plus for the option to leave luggage both before check-in and after check-out. Room was lovely, plenty of space in comparison to other hotels. Very clean We ate in the restaurant - great value for money and delicious! Service was a bit slow to start but, having said that, very friendly and accommodating

Everything. Our room was spacious, really comfy bed, large TV, mini fridge, kettle, fluffy towels, comfy chair, big bathroom with shower and bath, beautiful toiletries were provided, face cloths and bottles of water were provided. I've probably forgotten something. The bar area was lovely too and the reception area smelt beautiful. Reminded me of walking into a luxurious spa.

Shower very adjustable, can have low/pressure and finely tune heat. Very good value for Dublin. Just a few things missing probably because it's new, but a bedside table and drawer for clothes in the room would be nice. If you're looking for the place, just put "the vine tree" into google maps, it's down the side road from that.

we had room 3, and there was a LADDER up to another bed, the kitchen is also the bathroom 😂 it’s such a fun novel place to stay, perfect for that one night if you’re doing something nearby. Evan at the vine tree off licence was great and helped us access the property very easily. There’s a tv for your netflix and disney + . They supply head n shoulders and coffee machine and shampoo. For 60€ a night, ya can’t go wrong it’s very fun
