The breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of Indian and continental options including several live stations for omlettes, dosas etc. I found the service of the staff exceptional -- they had great attention to detail (e.g. giving us complimentary cake to celebrate a life event) and were very responsive to questions and encouraged us to watch the airshow from the rooftop (despite it being after our checkout).

Staff could not be more friendly. They were polite and professional and went the extra mile to help me book taxis in the local area and exchange money. The room was comfortable, clean and well serviced each day. Views from the rooftop terrace are great over Marine Drive

Excellent breakfast - lots of choice. We were upgraded and the room was large & comfortable; there is some short term remodelling of the reception happening so request a high floor to avoid noise which starts at 10 until 19h. It didn’t affect our stay.

The Ambassador, Marine Drive, Mumbai, a business class heritage hotel is located opposite the world famous Queen's Necklace - Marine Drive.

All were very attentive, very good customer service skills. Food and presentation was excellent, best buffet breakfast. Dinner was excellent. A nice boutique hotel that reflected Mumbai India and it's vibe!

People are amazing and very helpful. Padma helped us to find the Sari to attend my friend's wedding and this changed our whole experience of the India trip. Felt so welcomed and cared from all staff. The room was clean and had amazing view on the rooftop. AC and wifi worked very well.

The Taj is absolutely incredible. The property is stunning, the rooms are huge and comfortable, and there are loads of amenities on site. It's also great that it's so centrally located close to Gate of India and Mumbai markets.
