This hotel is a regular stop for me when staying in or travelling through Mumbai. The rooms with ocean view are worth booking even if there is an extra charge. The service from the staff is second to none, but two on this trip that stood out for me were the reception manager Nikita and Jacinta from housekeeping. Both provided excellent service above what I would normally expect.

I would like to recommend Chef Raymond Wong from By the Mekong, Dilwar from Sette Mara, and Chef Taj shah from The Sahib room & Kipling bar. They are friendly, professional and positive to customers.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - cant fault them. They helped with our train tickets and onward travel and made the entire stay easy. The location was also excellent. Just away from the main roads, but within 20 minutes walk of Inida gate.
