The hotel is in an old mansion/haveli with lovely patia and the garden. Room was comfy, if not too big. Everything worked. Staff was extremely helpful and I could run all issues through them with confidence. The restaurant at the premises is top notch and reasonably priced.

Everything. From the friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant breakfast and dinner with alcohol included, great pool and spa/massage services and amazing room and views. The overall aesthetic of the heritage hotel was gorgeous.

Bana, the owner, made us feel very welcome and at home at Jwala Niketan. He offered us guided tours and a choice of rooms! Very thoughtful, smart and kind. Delicious food! We arrived needing a rest & wished we could have extended our stay. He introduced us to our kind and efficient Tuk Tuk driver, Shebaz, who took us in a magical 10 hour tour of Jaipur! Highly recommend Bana's hotel. And his driver contact, Shebaz, for good energy & enthusiasm. Thank you!

By far one of the best properties we have stayed in our 2 month trip in India. The hotel is INCREDIBLE. The staff great and helpful and the location convenient. The hotel rooms are clean and bright and nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly. The hotel is set just far enough away from the noise of the main road and is just a five minute walk from Sindhi Camp bus and metro station and just a few minutes more from Chandpol metro. The big bonus is the roof terrace which has quite a large area to sit out on.
