I had an exceptional experience - forgot my wallet (international cards and currency) in the airport taxi sent by the hotel. I contacted customer service and they immediately acknowledged that the wallet had been found. They offered to ship the wallet to another city in India for me. I just received the wallet with all its contents intact. I am truly amazed and grateful.
