We simply felt welcome. As if we knew the owner, Erla, and she left the house for a while so that we could move in for our stay. The house was absolutely clean, nicely decorated, cosy, with comfortable beds, stylish furniture and generously equiped kitchen. It also has a terrace with a grill. The grocery shop is just a kilometer or so away, there is plenty room to park your car(s) in front of the house. We enjoyed our stay to the max.

Very cosy hotel in the city centre, excellent location next to everything. You can walk around the city. Nice breakfast, big rooms where you feel like home. Free coffee and tea all day at the reception. Warm, clean, comfortable. Also nespresso machine in the room. We could even see the northern lights from the hotel!

Absolutely amazing! Everything that I need and even more than I could have wished for. The rooms are very comfortable and towels and soap are provided, there's a common room that you can go at anytime to have a drink, eat your food or just chill on a loungey atmosphere. The staff is really friendly and will be happy to advice you on what to see and how to get around the city. I completely discovered the chain City hub at Reykjavik and think there should more places with the same concept around the world. Really I have nothing negative to say: it is calm, the system is clever and everything is thought for you to enjoy your stay!

Key handover was easy by key box. The flat was fantastic, very conveniently situated right in the center of Reykjavik. The rooms were very tidy and the beds comfortable.

Amazing hostel. Comfortable beds, with their own separation for privacy. Super clean. Located about 8 mins to the town center.

We had a wonderful stay at Sjonni’s place! The apartment was very nice, spotlessly clean, well organized and located in a central area, which made it perfect for exploring Reykjavik. Everything! The location was perfect in the historic part of the city, near many restaurants, (pay for) parking lot nearby, but best part was the cozy bed, delicious breakfast and Steinunn is a wonderful host.
