The location was good for walking to train station, coffee, restaurants. AC in every room was great. Private parking for 2 cars was perfect for us. The host was very nice.

Great accommodations and the staff couldn’t have been better. Great communication. The location was perfect to see the local lifestyle of Bologna. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again. Also, it’s a quick 10 minute ride to the airport.

Convenient location, walking distance to the airport and well connected to the city.
Great little apartment equipped with everything needed, and even if, in the unlikely event the airline company loses your luggage (which is what happened to me!), you will not find yourself lost!
Squeaky clean, modern-style apartment. Warm and cozy, you’ll feel like at home.
Great private parking.
Very friendly hosts, caring and super attentive to my needs.
I cannot recommend this little gem enough!

Arrived early morning tired after plane delay.
Friendly receptionist at night.
Next morning had a focaccia and Italian espresso down in the restaurant.
Top notch service and happy customer service from reception as well as restaurant.
