The staff was super helpful with everything. From laundry service to a wine bottle provided for my suite, everybody was welcoming and polite in a non-fake, friendly way. Location is excellent to walk everywhere. Very cozy common area to talk to other travellers. Truly a great hostel.

We loved our stay at Locanda dell’Orsa ! The check in was very smooth and the gentleman was extremely helpful and very nice. The room was set up perfectly very comfortable with lots of added extras.It was a great location within walking distance to everything a perfect stay in Bologna would 100% recommend.

Iside was absolutely fabulous! 10-15min walk to the centre, 15 min walk from train station, safe neighbourhood, lift access to room. Apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious with a washing machine.
Lovely Lorella checked us in and Silvia was very helpful.
Amazing breakfast provided which made our stay one of the best whilst travelling through Europe.

Very clean, comfort and held to a high standard. Everything inside the room is new. The hosts provide everyday cleaning service. The location is perfect as well - it’s super close to the train station and just 10-15 minutes walk from the center of the city.

I want to start by mentioning how warm, friendly, and supportive the staff is. We were able to leave our luggage well before check-in and were warmly greeted by Aurica, who was cleaning the accommodation at the time- she was incredibly kind. Giancarlo, our main point of contact, was always available and gave us excellent recommendations for our stay in Bologna.
The apartment décor is truly unique. I especially loved the kitchen and the terrace. The location is also very convenient, just a relaxed 10-minute walk to both Piazza Maggiore and the train station. We will definitely be back!
